Bunkhouse Specifications

Chasis
The chassis is assembled on rigid frame with floor welded to ISMB ISMC of structurally required section. The structure is approved and certified by qualified structural engineer.

Walls
Wall panels are constructed in MS frame work with total thickness of 75 mm. Exterior walls are of 16 SWG Galvanised sheet welded to the frame by means of CO2 welding whereas internal Skin are lined with 9mm high density One Side Laminated Partical Board, which is termite proof, sound and heat insulator, Llight weight special insulation mineral glass wool slab of 50mm thick is filled in between the interior and exterior block walls which is odor free and fire proof. The exterior wall is painted with anticorrosive paint finish.

Floor
The floor panel is of 20mm thick high density cement bonded fiber board which is water proof, fire proof and termite proof bolted to the frame. PVC vinyl tiles are glued on to the board as decorative floor finish.

Roof
The roof is made of prefabricated structure double roof system with a curve at the roof top so that rain water does not accumulate on the roof. There is a air gap of 8 inchs between the top roof and the second roof for air ventilation system, fitted with high pressure air flow system air plays a very vital roll in insulation, besides 50 mm thick insulation is filled in between both the roof for additional insulation Galvanised. sheet of 16 SWG is fitted as roof covering with all necessary cross member for support.

Insulation
All voids within the external panels are filled with 50 mm thick mineral glass wool conforming to IS 8183. This glass wool slab is 100% inorganic asbestos free, non-toxic and non-flammable, non-hygroscopic and vermin proof. The density of insulation is 2 LBS/CFT.

Doors
1) Steel Doors : Main door is constructed of square tubes frame with intermediate sections to bring rigidity. M.S. sheet of 16 SWG is pressed and welded by CO2 from internal side as well as from outside. 25 mm thick insulation is provided inbetween. The door is fixed with handle gripes, tower bolts and suitable locking arrangements.
2) Wooden Doors : Both side laminated waterproof and termite proof. Wooden flush of 32 mm thickness.

Windows
Windows shall be aluminium with double shutter sliding type. Fly mesh over sliding area and dark glasses shall be provided. Windows safety grill and curtains on request.

Electricals
All components are pre wired for electrical lighting and wire conditioning. Power point are mounted on the walls with cable drops for wiring on site. Adequate room lighting shall be provided. All electrical fittings in the bunk house shall be 220-240 V AC, 50 Hz. All wiring shall be concealed type and shall be of PVC insulated Copper wire of ISI quality. 3/20 size wires used for light, sockets & 7/16 size wire for main incoming, 15 AMP plug with switches, MCB, DOL switches required for air conditioner, input sockets of tubelight, door-way, wall ceiling mounted cabin light and fans. Terminating of main incoming cable into the bunk house shall be of 32/63 TPN switch/MCB. One multiguard/sock guard is provided as a standard fixtures of our bunk unit.

Air Conditioning
Branded/nonbranded window type/split ductable air conditioners can be supplied and fitted as per requirement.

Plumbing
Bathing shower, washing and toilet facilities can be provided for special purpose units. All sanitary pipes are of GI high quality. PVC rigid pipes will be fixed for waste disposal systems. Pipes for hot water supply shall be provided on request.

Toilet fitting
1. Shower tray with curtain & soap tray (Optional).
2. European WC with cistern, shut off and toilet paper holder.
3. Wash basin with mirror.
4. Exhaust fan.

Water Supply
One external valve shall be provided for water connection.

Drainage
One outlet shall be provided for connection to external soak pit.

Painting
All components are primed before assembly/forming. All surfaces are degreased with appropriate solvent. Two coats to liquid polysulphide epoxy self priming-PS-901 DFT of 25 micron. All steel structures are protected from corrosion under coastal area open weather condition with life expecting minimum 5 years.

Finishing
A) INTERIOR : Interior finish is high quality decorative fiber board, hard board, plywood, PVC panels and partitions.
B) EXTERIOR : High quality weather proof finish paints.

Transportation
The bunk house units can be lifted by suitable crane from the lifting EYE bolt provided at all four corner on the bunk house. The bunk units can be transported by means of any long chassis truck or by trailer as normal consignment.

Foundation
No foundation is required to park our bunk unit. Our bunk unit is provided with adjustable foots for leveling on pads. The bunk house can be lifted with the help of adjustable foot upto 3 ft above the ground level as per the requirement of site conditions.

RECOMMENDED
1. Pin type jacks for bunk units to be placed at one location for longer time.
2. Screw type jacks for bunk units to be placed at one location for shorter time.
